What the quote form collects

When you send a quote request we receive the name, phone number, email address, town, service and message you type in. We use it for one thing: to get back to you about the work you asked about.

That request is emailed to us and stored in our own job system so we can follow up and keep track of the quote. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside Ray-Nor-Shine Pro Wash and the tools we use to run the business.

Cookies and measurement

Nothing that measures your visit loads until you choose. When you first arrive you can accept, decline, or pick what you allow:

• Essential — needed for the site and the quote form to work. Always on.
• Analytics — anonymous counts of page visits, so we know which pages actually help people. Off unless you allow it.
• Marketing — we do not run any advertising measurement on this site at the moment, so there is nothing to allow. If that changes, the option appears here and stays off until you turn it on.

You can change your mind any time using the Privacy Preferences link, also in the footer of every page. Your choice is stored in your own browser.

How long we keep it

Quote requests stay in our job system while we are working with you and for our own records afterwards. If you would like yours removed, ask and we will remove it.
