Accessibility
We want this site to work for everyone who needs a wash quote.
What we aim for
We build this site to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard most people mean when they say a site is accessible. We are not claiming perfection β we are telling you what we aim at and what we have actually done.
What is in place
- Keyboard access β you can reach the menu, the gallery filters and the quote form without a mouse, and there is a skip link to jump straight to the content.
- Text alternatives β every photo on the site has a written description for screen readers.
- Readable contrast β navy on white and white on navy, chosen to stay legible in sunlight on a phone.
- Tap targets β buttons and links are sized for thumbs, not just cursors.
- Reduced motion β if your device asks for less animation, the site honours it.
- Display tools β the accessibility button on every page lets you enlarge text, raise contrast, underline links and stop motion. Your choice is remembered on your device.
Where we know we fall short
Some job photos and videos come straight from the crew's phones, so their framing and lighting vary. Video clips are short, silent loops used as illustration β no information is carried by sound alone.
Tell us if something blocks you
If any part of this site stops you getting a quote, we want to hear about it and we will fix it. Call (910) 333-7369 or use the contact page, and tell us the page and what happened. We will also take your request over the phone so nothing on this site stands between you and a clean house.
